How long do fabric structures last?
Our frames are engineered for long-term durability and can last for decades with proper installation and care. Fabric covers typically last 12–15 years, with lifespan influenced by environmental factors and fabric grade.
Do you offer a warranty?
Absolutely. We stand behind our buildings with a 15-year prorated warranty on the cover and a 20-year prorated warranty on the frame, reflecting the quality and durability of our materials and workmanship.
Do you install across Canada?
Yes. We work with a trusted Canadian install network and can coordinate delivery and installation in most provinces.
Are permits required?
Permit requirements vary by municipality. We can provide engineering documentation to support your application if required.
Can you replace my existing cover if it’s not an Iron Haven Structure?
Yes. We order custom-fit replacement covers for nearly any Fabric Structure brand.
What sizes do your single-arch structures come in?
Our standard structures are available in 18', 25', and 30' widths, with custom widths and interior heights also available. You can also choose custom lengths to fit your specific needs.
What materials are used for the frames and covers?
Our frames are constructed from a 3.5" 13-gauge, galvanized oval steel frame. For the covers, we use high-performance NovaShield® 400 Series fabrics, which feature a 23-mil, 12 oz/yd² woven HDPE scrim with a dual-sided LDPE coating.
Can the covers withstand extreme cold?
Yes, our heavy-duty membranes remain flexible in extreme cold down to -60°C and offer outstanding UV performance.
Can I customize the ends of my building?
Yes, we offer options for doors, customizable end-walls, and ventilation.
Are your structures suitable for corrosive materials like salt or fertilizer?
Yes, we offer corrosion-resistant options that are ideal for storing salt, sand, harsh chemicals, and aggregate.
Do I have to buy through a dealer, or can I buy directly from Iron-Haven?
You have flexible buying options. You can buy directly from us, and we will work with you on sizing and engineering requirements, or you can purchase through our dealer network for local guidance and installation support.
Do you offer financing for your structures?
Yes, we offer straightforward financing options for qualified commercial, agricultural, and industrial buyers. Our terms are flexible and predictable: 35% down and 65% financed at 6% for up to 5-year terms.
Will applying for financing impact my credit score?
No, filling out our preliminary inquiry form is secure, and we do not require your SIN, credit score, or sensitive financial information at this initial stage.
